Job description
The API & Integrations team addresses particular challenges at Factorial. We sit at the intersection between product and platform. We own product surface while we also design developer experiences for internal and external developers of integrations.
As a Product AI Engineer at Factorial, you’ll help define and build the next generation of our AI-native product using modern AI development practices. You will build product using Spec Driven Development, design and implement AI Skills, develop and maintain evaluation frameworks, apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and design human-in-the-loop and agentic workflows.
We care about AI as a habit, proven impact, product-first thinking, and speed & adaptability. Bonus points if you’ve worked with LLMs, skill-based agents, MCP, or other AI protocols.
