
Job description
Join Factorial in Munich to drive the company's growth in the DACH market by building and qualifying initial contacts with potential customers. As a Sales Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to shape the location, define processes, and have direct influence on the success of the new team.
Identify and qualify promising leads, conduct proactive outreach to potential customers, coordinate appointments, and analyze business requirements. Close collaboration with account executives and other teams to optimize the sales process.
Fluent in German and English, experience in customer contact, ambitious, persistent, and self-motivated. Strong communication skills, proactive, and willing to take responsibility. Team player, yet independent and motivated in a dynamic startup environment.
