
Job description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to own the sales performance in Mexico, while contributing to the broader LatAm strategy. This role is fully accountable for revenue growth, team performance, sales execution and continuous optimization of processes in a high-growth SaaS environment.
You will lead a growing sales team, work closely with Marketing, RevOps, Product and Tech, and ensure we hit ambitious targets while maintaining high-quality standards and a strong sales culture.
This role is custom-made for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a flair for ownership, who can take the reins and steer the processes in a high-growth SaaS environment.
