
Job description
As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as a technical bridge between our product's capabilities and our customers' business needs. You will support the entire sales and success ecosystem, providing technical guidance and expertise to customers and internal teams.
Your key responsibilities will include technical sales support, customer continuity and retention, and data and analytics advocacy. You will work with sales teams, customers, and internal teams to identify technical requirements, provide custom technical demonstrations, and resolve complex technical hurdles.
We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role, a deep understanding of SaaS platforms, and technical proficiency in REST APIs and SQL. You should be able to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple way and enjoy problem-solving.
