Job description
FactSet is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their client services group as a Specialist, Client Solutions. The role involves working directly with global clients to provide intelligent solutions for their queries and developing expertise on DSO's range of products and processes.
Responsibilities include providing intelligent solutions and support to clients globally, managing implementation projects and key accounts, and delivering innovative business solutions to new and existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in finance and technology, a desire to continually learn and develop, and strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
