
Job description
Client Solutions Associates are the essential connection between FactSet's clients and software business, ensuring unrivalled client service and a client retention rate over 90%. They deliver excellent customer service, build relationships, and have a keen eye for detail. They work closely with investment management and investment banking clients to integrate FactSet's software into their investment process.
Deliver customer service, provide consulting and support to financial professionals, create analytical models using Excel, support using analytical tools, conduct training, and develop a deep knowledge base across FactSet's business, products, and clients.
