
Job description
Client Solutions Associates are core to FactSet's value proposition and important to promoting product usage and adoption and reducing client cancellations. You will build trusted relationships with data and technology leaders across the financial industry, develop client-focused processes and solutions, and promote high user adoption by implementing data-driven workflows.
Through direct contact with clients, you will form personal relationships with technical leaders in the financial industry, come to understand their objectives, and develop creative ways to optimize their workflows. You will provide guidance on FactSet data solutions and increase adoption of FactSet APIs, datafeeds, and cloud services.
Client Solutions Associates have a strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, client centric mindset, and desire to collaborate across teams to create unique and innovative solutions.
