Product Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the team. You will work with the team to deliver on the product roadmap, drive user research and validation, and align cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional client and advisor experience.

What You Will Do

Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure smooth integration and continuous alignment between the Factset suite of products. Collaborate with internal technology, operations, and compliance stakeholders to define core features and prioritize user needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of product management or related experience
• Understanding of asset management user workflows, and portfolio analytics and portfolio management concepts
• Proven experience in product design, including involvement in the initial development, launch, and iterative improvement stages
• Exposure to portfolio management software and understanding of the competitive landscape
• Strong interest in learning integration concepts and experience collaborating with technical partners
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience conducting user or client research and converting feedback into actionable product enhancements
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and support product testing and reliability
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage projects with guidance
