Job Description
Fairbanks Morse Defense is seeking a Control Specialist to install, commission, and service control systems on FMD engine lines. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical/motion controls and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior FMD Associate Controls Specialist experience preferred
- Associate Degree in Automotive Technology, Diesel Technology, or Power Generation Technology with four years' experience in a related field (including two years of electrical/motion controls experience), or
- Four years' experience in a related field (including three years of electrical/motion controls experience)
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for company credit card
- Travel required up to 75% (domestic and international, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and emergency travel on short notice)
