Future Opening: Leasing Agent

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent with great communication skills to join our team. As the liaison between our management office and current/prospective residents, you'll play a pivotal role in marketing our property, screening potential residents, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the leasing office.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months to one year of property management or face-to-face sales experience
• Self-motivated go-getter who can work independently with little guidance
• Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability to learn other software as needed
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance
