Lead Maintenance Technician

Lead Maintenance Technician with 3+ years of maintenance experience required to lead and inspire the maintenance team at Fairfield Property Management. Responsible for repairing and maintaining various aspects of the community, leading the team, and developing strong relationships with residents and team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably on a residential property
• EPA Certification required
• Ability to work in a professional, courteous, cooperative, tactful, and patient manner with residents, FPM employees, vendors, suppliers, and members of the public.
• Self-motivated to work independently with little guidance.
• Ability to work on-call and respond promptly and appropriately to all calls required
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance required
