Assistant Community Manager - Affordable

Fairfield is seeking an Assistant Community Manager – Affordable to support property operations, ensure compliance with affordable housing programs, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience
• Minimum of one year of LIHTC experience
• Experience in leadership and supervising a staff
• Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software
