
Job description
This role will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies, providing leadership and collaboration across teams, and overseeing key strategic initiatives to ensure the success of the organization.
Develop integration strategy and execution plan for the FTI Productivity Advantage Program, drive efficiencies by optimizing people, processes, and profitability through KPIs and Lean Construction practices, and provide clear direction, feedback, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
7 or more years of experience in construction operations, strategy, or consulting, 5 or more years of business leadership experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related business field.
