Family Health West (FHW) is a 25-bed hospital in Fruita, CO, offering a full benefits package and a supportive community with outdoor adventures. We're looking for a Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our team as a Hospitalist (Part-time).

Requirements

• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Colorado State Certification
• DEA License in good standing
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS certifications
• Credentialed by FHW Medical Staff
• Immunizations required for employment, including flu vaccine
