Orthopedic Surgeon

Family Health West is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Fruita, Colorado. We offer a competitive compensation package, relocation package, and CME allowance. Our organization boasts a not-for-profit status, 25-bed critical access hospital, and over 50 employed providers. We are a well-established multi-specialty practice with two other Orthopedic Surgeons and three NP/PA providers when fully staffed.

Requirements

• Board-certified/Board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Eligible for medical licensure in Colorado and holds a DEA License in good standing.
• Immunizations required for employment, including COVID-19
• Ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues
