FHW is looking for a Family Medicine Physician (ambulatory) to join our team, playing a critical role in advancing our mission of improving health, and healing people. FHW is a physician-led organization grounded in our intention to transform the health of the communities we serve in Western Colorado.

Requirements

• Must be Colorado State Certified, Board Certified and hold a DEA License in good standing.
• Immunizations required for employment, including COVID-19.
