Requirements

• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Effective communication with others
• Ability to obtain and document physical and neurologic assessments
• Knowledge of medication dosages, routes, and actions
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Stocking supplies and medications as needed
• Participating in formal weekly care plan reviews
• Implementing care planning in conjunction with other disciplines
• Maintaining patient records and documentation
