Requirements
- CPR, First Aid, AED, national certification (ACE, NETA, AFAA, NASM) in group fitness instruction
- YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification within 60 days of hire
- At least one year of experience teaching group wellness classes
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Adherence to YMCA policies and procedures
- Excellent attendance and communication skills
- Ability to lead and participate in energetic classes
