
Job description
The Debt Solutions Administrator will provide exceptional service to clients while supporting a team of Licensed Insolvency Trustees and Debt Solutions Managers with administrative tasks. This role requires working independently on various files, verifying accuracy, and communicating with clients. The team works remotely across Canada.
Accurate file input, verifying files for accuracy, developing plans, communicating with clients, and efficiently organizing documentation. Collaborate with other teams, establish relationships with Debt Solution Managers, and perform other duties as required.
This role requires a natural ability to recognize and speak to clients' emotional states, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Experience in consumer insolvency is highly desirable, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset.
