Debt Solutions Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Debt Solutions Manager to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will be involved in meeting with potential clients to review their financial situation and recommending a solution based on one of the services we offer.

What You Will Do

Handling inbound calls from potential clients, working with different types of leads, meeting and exceeding performance metrics, creating a superior customer experience, and developing knowledge of our specialized industry.

Requirements

• Proven willingness to develop and grow a practice area
• Enrollment in the Trustee’s program or desire to enroll
• Completion of the Insolvency Administrator’s Course or willingness to enroll
• Consumer insolvency practice experience
• Excellent listening, selling and closing skills
• Demonstrated track record in achieving sales quotas
• Strong interpersonal and negotiations skills
• Proficiency in personal one-on-one marketing
• High personal standards of integrity, honesty, empathy and trustworthiness
• Co-operative team player with an unwavering focus on customer service
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Assertive, confident, enthusiastic, and a passion for sales
• Ability to work independently to meet objectives, goals and timelines
• Excellent time management skills
