Digital Banking Product Manager

We are seeking a Digital Banking Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our digital banking platform and related services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in digital banking, fintech, or product management and will be able to balance customer needs, business priorities, regulatory requirements, and platform performance to drive adoption and improve user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• Six (6) to eight (8) or more years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or product management
• Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, payments including ACH and wires, and financial systems
• Experience working with third-party vendors and platform providers
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial services
• Strong product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution skills
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience with agile or product development methodologies
• Ability to use data and performance analysis to support decision-making
