Commercial Head of Region

Join Farmers as the Commercial Head of Region and lead the development and execution of Product strategies that drive financial performance and growth for assigned region. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of product for multiple states, determining product strategy, developing rate structure and underwriting guidelines, and ensuring changes are implemented effectively.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of industry experience
• Commercial Lines Product Management experience
• Experience managing several areas of an insurance company (product, marketing, claims, etc.)
• Deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry
• Knowledge of Insurance Code and Code of Regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to drive and lead change management strategies
