Associate, Acquisitions

Faropoint is a pure play RE fund manager focusing on the last mile industrial sector. The Acquisitions Associate will support the acquisition process by performing underwriting, evaluating potential real estate acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence, market research, and financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, financial analysis, or a related role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
