Faropoint is seeking a Director of Asset Management to join its Atlanta office, with 5-8 years of experience in asset management, to manage industrial assets end-to-end and lead the leasing process.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as an Asset Manager in the industrial/commercial real estate industry
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills
• Ability to give and take direction and to interface with decision makers in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality
