CDL Driver

Farwest Steel Corporation seeks a knowledgeable and dependable CDL Driver to join their team as a front-line representative delivering materials to customers and vendors safely, timely, and professionally. The role involves operating a semi-truck and trailer in compliance with DOT and Farwest safety standards, assisting with loading/unloading materials, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation and logs. The position is a full-time opportunity with a starting wage of $25.25 - $33.55, depending on experience, and offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, LTD, FSA, HRA, HSA, EAP, company-paid life insurance, and 401K with a 3.5% match.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe material handling
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in varied weather and delivery conditions
• Basic computer skills, including use of Outlook and mobile devices
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions while on the road
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to represent Farwest professionally
