Fast Track ABA Center is looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join their team in Richmond, TX. The BCaBA will work directly with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to families and team members.

Requirements

• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of clients
