Registered Behavior Technician

The Registered Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in Company Centers.

Requirements

• Provides direct client care in one on one and group settings while utilizing a combination of discreet trail training and natural environment training
• Follows the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in each client’s individualized treatment plan prepared by the BCBA
• Assists parents and caregivers with training aligned with each client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols
