
Job description
Join a dynamic team and accompany a transformation context in the payment and services activity of the FDJ Group. The team is responsible for developing and commercializing a cash register on iPad and revolutionizing certain uses in the CHR field.
Take calls, collect needs, qualify and resolve level 2 requests and incidents, install, configure and troubleshoot equipment and software remotely, and analyze the quality of services provided to users.
