Conseiller(-ère) en régimes d'assurance collective (mandat temporaire)

The Federation of Quebec Municipalities (FQM) is seeking a Temporary Collective Insurance Consultant to collaborate in making Quebec a region of the future by providing municipalities with dynamic and prosperous living environments. The consultant will ensure technical service to members, develop and maintain business, and foster interactions with members and the insurer.

Requirements

• Diploma in administration, human resources, insurance, or any other related field
• AMF insurance collective or life insurance permit
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in collective insurance
• Excellent mastery of French, both orally and in writing
• Good mastery of main office software, including MS Office (Excel intermediate level)
• Developed sense of customer service, including strong interpersonal skills
• Sense of discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism
• Empathy, courtesy, patience, and adaptability
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and rigor
