We are seeking a Residential Evaluation Inspector to join our engaged team at the Federation of Quebec Municipalities. The successful candidate will conduct inspections of residential properties, gather data, and maintain property files. The role requires a college education attestation in building evaluation technology and/or a diploma in building evaluation technology or any other relevant formation. No minimum experience is required, but having already performed inspections is an asset.
Requirements
- Hold a college education attestation (AEC) in building evaluation technology and/or a diploma in building evaluation technology or any other relevant formation
- No minimum experience required
- Having already performed inspections (an asset)
- Good knowledge of construction materials
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of usual computer applications in real estate evaluation
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a vehicle at their disposal
- Be flexible in terms of work hours and occasionally available to work outside regular working hours
