Responsable de produit logiciel (Product owner)

Product Owner position at the Quebec Federation of Municipalities, responsible for maximizing the value of the development team, planning and coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in a relevant discipline
• Possess a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience as a product owner or in a similar role
• Possess excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of functional and technical issues
• Good team coordination and prioritization skills
• Ability to make decisions and solution-oriented
• Show rigor, structure and excellent priority management skills
• Ability to analyze and arbitrate
• Ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders and collaborate professionally with various interlocutors
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Good mastery of the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to use project planning and backlog management tools (DevOps,... etc)
• Excellent mastery of French in both writing and speaking
• Excellent interpersonal skills, solid communication skills and a developed sense of collaboration
