Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver premier excellence of care and work with adults of all ages. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs, determining a treatment plan, and evaluating patient progress.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist license and registration by the state
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Ability to work with all ages
• Bilingual a plus!
