Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health

FeldCare Connects seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver premier excellence of care for adults of all ages in the Soquel area. The Occupational Therapist will assess and evaluate patient care needs, determine a treatment plan, and perform interventions to improve wellbeing.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist license and registration by the state
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Bilingual a plus!
