Technical Product Manager (AI Enterprise)

Félix is a hyper-growth Series B company building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. through AI-powered chatbots and blockchain technology. We are seeking an execution-focused Technical Product Manager to lead the automation of Félix from the inside out.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Technical Product Management experience shipping complex backend systems, APIs, or data-intensive products
• Proven AI Curiosity and passion for AI, including experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks
• Pragmatic Execution with experience shipping products in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills
• Analytical Rigor with ability to build business cases and analyze performance metrics
• Technical Literacy with ability to hold own in architectural discussions with senior engineers
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field (not mandatory)
