Job Description
Fennies Nurseries is seeking a passionate and committed Nursery Practitioner to lead a team of children in a high-quality Early Years educational environment. The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive environment. Candidates should demonstrate a genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their development.
Requirements
- Passion for Early Years Education
- Knowledge of EYFS (Birth to 5 Matters framework)
- Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare
- Minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Strong relationships-building skills
- Excellent communication and feedback skills
