
Job description
Ferguson is seeking a Sales Coordinator for post-sales support. The role is responsible for managing purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for orders, and prioritizing work to ensure accuracy and timely processing of orders. The Sales Coordinator will work with customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
Manage purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for orders, communicate order status via phone and email, prioritize and complete work in order from high priority to low priority, and help improve customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have prior sales and/or customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail. They will be able to learn quickly, multi-task, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
