Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. The role involves working together with Sales associates to support customer needs, ensuring delivery of personalized customer service, and coordinating deliveries. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and ready to grow their career.
Responsibilities include working with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions, ensuring timely quotations and accurate sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and answering sales calls. The role also involves using customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.
Ferguson is looking for highly motivated and customer service-oriented individuals with strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell. Prior experience in plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades is a plus, as well as experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems.
