Sales Support Representative

Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives who are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. This is a hybrid role based out of West Chester, OH, in accordance with the Ferguson Flex schedule.

Requirements

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs
• Ensure delivery of personalized customer service
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Answer sales calls for general information
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system
