Field Systems Supervisor

The Field Systems Supervisor will oversee the servicing, repair and/or installation of Toll Collection Systems, Intelligent Transformation Subsystems, Network Communications Systems, and various traffic management devices. The role involves managing field support activities, troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipment, systems, and wiring, and developing new training techniques and courses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or adjacent military training.
• 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in support, planning, warehousing and maintenance activities.
• 7-10+ years of related experience in field support, information technology, tolling systems and/or intelligent transportation systems
