Requirements
- Strong software engineering foundations with hands-on experience in Python, building scalable production systems
- Deep, hands-on experience designing and shipping AI systems in production — LLM applications, agentic workflows, RAG, fine-tuning, or orchestration frameworks
- Solid grasp of the modern AI stack: foundation model APIs, vector databases, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and inference optimization
- Strong product sense and stakeholder management skills — ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly for impact, and align engineering work with business goals
- Track record of leading projects across multiple teams and of hiring, mentoring, and growing engineers
