Jefe de accounting LATAM

We are looking for an amazing Accounting Manager with specialized experience in the Latin American market to join our HQ team. You will be responsible for the full accounting global scope, with a specific focus on our LATAM subsidiaries, with a mission to improve tools, ensure compliance, and elevate the quality of accounting processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting certification (CPA / Contador Público)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Big Four company
• At least 1 year of experience as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor
• Proven experience managing or auditing accounting operations specifically in Latin America
