Fever is seeking a Project Manager to join their Fever Originals team, responsible for developing, launching, and managing events from concept to execution. The role combines project management, commercial development, and strategic partnerships, with a strong emphasis on venue negotiations, relationship management, and networking within the local entertainment and events ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business development, partnerships, or similar roles
- Polish on a native level as well as fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build meaningful partnerships
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and drive multiple workstreams to successful completion
- Resilient and results-driven, able to perform under pressure, take ownership, and manage several high-impact projects in parallel
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with venues, partners, brands, and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide decision-making
- Highly solution-oriented, able to identify challenges and develop practical strategies to resolve them
