We are looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to support the development and execution of CRM and customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels. You will manage customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan, and contribute to the optimization of customer communications and retention activities.
Requirements
- 2-3 years minimum experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
- Proficient in HTML
- Good copywriting skills
- Ability to develop & optimise CRM flows to drive revenue
- Commercially savvy, analytical and data-driven
- Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
- Organized, responsible and proactive
- Ability to optimize, prioritize and organize your time
- Ability to carry out a high pace of work
- Fluent in English
