Imaging & Bindery Shift Supervisor

Freedom, a national Direct Mail Company based in Aurora, IL is one of the largest, independently owned, privately held, direct mail marketing providers in the United States. We are looking to add an Imaging & Bindery Shift Supervisor to our 2nd shift team.

Requirements

• Makes sure all Digital Presses and offline equipment are running at the highest capacity.
• Addresses any personnel or quality control issues.
• Ensures quality and production of all jobs.
• Supervises 10-15 employees and one (1) assistant
• Gives direction to the training of new employees.
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems.
• Oversees the maintenance of all equipment.
