Lead Business Analyst position available in the Corporate Property Services technology team. Analyze complex business problems, define processes, and lead requirements discovery and documentation.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of business analysis experience in large or cross-system projects, preferably in financial services.
- Strong BA competencies including process design, BRD creation, rule definition, business modelling, user stories, and data analysis.
- Strong data analysis skills (e.g., SQL fundamentals, understanding of data structures, validating data logic).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence); MS Visio and Excel proficiency.
- Experience working with vendors, including managing requirements, coordinating interfaces, and ensuring delivery alignment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system data flows, with the ability to interpret end-to-end data dependencies.
