Fidus is a global high-tech design firm looking for an Account Manager to support Business Development Managers in a defined territory. The Account Manager will own day-to-day account coverage, nurture relationships, and help progress opportunities for Fidus' electronic design services.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts within a territory
- Execute structured account touch plans to increase contact coverage and build relationships
- Support pipeline creation by qualifying inbound leads and booking discovery meetings
- Collaborate internally with engineering, project management, and marketing to gather information and respond to proposals and RFPs
- Track account activity, contacts, opportunities, and tasks in CRM with high data quality and discipline
- Monitor customer satisfaction on active projects and identify issues early
