Director of Business Development

Fidus Systems seeks a creative individual with strong communication skills and a passion for Technology and Customer Service to develop and execute business development strategies as the Director of Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with semiconductors, electronic design services, or similar industries.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience working with semiconductors, electronic design services, embedded software or similar industry experience.
• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
• Prior experience selling services in both turnkey design and outsourced staffing, for high speed, high complexity designs is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business will be considered an asset.
• Ability to successfully demonstrate the required technical competency in electronic design services or similar industries.
