Job Description
The Financial Center Manager Associate will participate in a comprehensive onboarding program, learning about Fifth Third's products, services, and internal resources. The role will focus on deepening customer relationships, developing a consultative sales process, and leading a team. The successful candidate will be placed in a Financial Center after completing the training program.
Requirements
- College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment
- Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
- Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
- Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities
- Exhibits business acumen
- Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions
