Figma is growing its Solutions Consulting team and seeking a Manager to lead a team supporting AMER Enterprise and Strategic accounts. The role involves leading a team, participating in customer and prospect meetings, and working cross-functionally to define and execute technical pre- and post-sales strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a frontline manager leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers
- 8+ years of relevant customer-facing technical experience in roles such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Engineering, or Sales within a SaaS organization
- Proven ability to design and implement strategic programs that drive impact across teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with practitioner and executive audiences
- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional partners
