Represent the FIGS brand, providing customer service and supporting back-of-house operations to create a seamless shopping experience.
Requirements
- Previous retail and/or stockroom experience with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to lift 5–50 lbs, unpack and organize inventory, and walk an average of 12,000 steps per shift.
- Basic computer skills, retail math knowledge, and experience with POS systems (Shopify preferred).
- Action-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
